"We have come to an agreement with (France coach) Didier Deschamps. In the future I want to focus entirely on Bayern. I'm not going back on that decision," the 31-year-old said in an interview with German daily Die Welt.
UEFA president Platini had threatened compatriot Ribery with a suspension if he refused to play for his country, according to Sunday's version of Bild newspaper.
Ribery announced his retirement from France duty after the World Cup in Brazil, which he missed due to a back injury.
But Platini claimed the winger will have no choice but to continue playing for his country if selected, or face a FIFA suspension.
"Franck cannot decide himself whether he plays for France," said the former France star and coach. "If Didier Deschamps picks him, he must come. That's the FIFA rule. If he doesn't come, he will be suspended for three Bayern Munich games."
Platini added: "It's French and Euro-2016 is in France, not in Poland. He must want to play again."
But Ribery hit back: "I'm not concerned with the politics that is surrounding this."
Ribery has not played for Bayern this season because of his recurring knee problem.
