U.S. PENTAGON FINALIZING PLAN TO HELP NIGERIA FIGHT BOKO HARAM
(U.S. Operation Likely From New U.S. Drone Base in Niger Republic)
--Attorney Patryk Utulu
Pentagon
sources have confirmed that USA is in the final stages of a plan to
wage open DRONE STRIKES WAR AGAINST BOKO HARAM. The secret discussion
has been on-going between President Jonathan and President Obama and
President of France. Finally American and French Intelligence are
satisfied that the Nigerian Military can be a capable and reliable
partner in the war against Boko Haram.
Based on established
protocols the U.S. Military Joint Chiefs and the Joint Terrorism Task
Force (Chiefs of CIA, NSA, FBI, etc.) will formally present the Plan to
President Obama for review and approval. TWO LIKELY SCENARIOS:
(1) To
launch a war Mr. Obama will need U.S. Congress authorization, which
would involve debates. Some members of Congress may not approve as
election is near.
(2): Pres Obama may use existing global
anti-terrorism powers to launch a border security program to help
Nigeria combat terrorism.
Option 2 is the likely scenario
because Pres Obama favors Hellfire Drone strikes for their agility,
precision and devastating power. A Drone can move stealthily and fast,
deliver killer strikes and photograph its attack all within 5 minutes.
Also the United States Military has just completed a New Drone Base in
Niger Republic. It is also noteworthy that Hellfire Drones won't
endanger U.S. soldiers because a drone can be operated from a computer
screen from deep inside Niger Republic away from the conflict zones of
Bama, Gwazo, and Niger/Nigeria/Cameroun/Chad border crossings
Pentagon
sources confirmed that the U.S. Military Intelligence highly commended
President Jonathan for maintaining absolute secrecy on the Plan while
France and USA conducted hundreds of necessary reconnaissance flights to
study the logistics and movement of Boko Haram fighters.
